ABOUT ANIMATION FUEL

We're a growth agency for B2B SaaS companies. We help SaaS businesses get more qualified leads, booked meetings, and paying clients. We do it through an integrated system: paid ads, explainer videos, AI automations, landing pages, and AI Systems.

To grow faster, we're building a trained team of LinkedIn reps. That's where this role comes in.

WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS

A training plus commission program with Animation Fuel.

We train you on LinkedIn client acquisition step by step. After training, you run outreach on LinkedIn, have real conversations with B2B SaaS founders and decision-makers, and book qualified calls for our team. We handle the sales calls, the closing, and the delivery.

You will NOT be required to:

• Get on a sales call
• Close a deal
• Build or deliver any service

Your job is simple. Learn the system. Post content. Talk to people in DMs. Book qualified calls. That's it.

WHAT WE TRAIN YOU ON

• LinkedIn profile optimization
• Personal brand building and content posting
• Finding the right B2B SaaS prospects
• Starting real conversations in DMs
• Booking qualified calls consistently
• Handling objections in chat

WHAT YOU GET ON DAY ONE

• A fully designed LinkedIn profile, done by our team (banner, headline, about section, the works)

TIME COMMITMENT

45 to 60 minutes a day, minimum. Work whenever you want. Work from wherever you want.

GROWTH PATH

You start as a Growth Associate. Top performers move up the tiers. Higher tiers mean higher commissions, per-call bonuses, mentor status, and recommendation letters. The strongest reps get considered for full-time paid roles at Animation Fuel.

• Motivated people who actually want to learn and earn
• Comfortable writing and chatting in English
• Self-starters who don't need micromanagement
• Curious about B2B, SaaS, marketing, or sales

A NOTE ON EXPERIENCE

No degree needed. No prior experience needed. We train you from zero if you're willing to put in the work.

That said, if you already have a solid LinkedIn presence (a real profile, posts, engagement, network), that's a real plus. It puts you ahead in the application pile. You'll ramp faster and your odds of getting picked go up.

WHERE YOU SHOULD BE BASED

This is a fully remote role. We're hiring from around the globe.

COMPENSATION

Performance-based. Full commission structure, per-call bonuses, and tier details are shared with shortlisted candidates.
