About the Role
We are looking for a Support and Implementation Engineer to help our customers get the most out of our ERP solutions. You will support customers and eventually manage implementations and daily use, resolving issues and keeping their implementation process and operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
1 to 2 years of experience in software support or implementation.
Strong written and spoken English, with good people and communication skills.
Hands on SQL skills for querying and troubleshooting.
Nice to Have
Hands on experience ERP domain implementation and support.
Exposure to manufacturing operations (Concrete products is plus)
