Chief Technical Officer

Prerequisites and Experience Requirements for the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Omnui
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Omnui will lead the technological vision, development, and
integration across all of Omnui’s offerings, spanning fitness diagnostics, personalized health data,
AI-based coaching, digital experience platforms, and operational tech systems. The CTO must
blend deep technical expertise with strategic foresight to ensure a seamless and intelligent
experience across Omnui’s physical and digital interfaces.

1. Educational Background
   • Bachelor’s Degree (Required): Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or
   related technical field.
   • Master’s Degree (Preferred): MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, or an MBA with a
   focus on technology leadership or digital innovation.

2. Professional Experience
   2.1. Technology Leadership
   • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in a senior
   leadership position (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Technology).
   • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional tech teams, including software
   engineering, data science, DevOps, and product development.
   • Track record of delivering scalable and secure tech platforms, ideally in wellness tech,
   health optimization, or consumer experience industries.

2.2. Health & Wellness Tech Integration
• Experience with wearables, health data platforms, fitness tracking, biometric devices, or
personalized wellness apps.
• Familiarity with fitness, nutrition, and recovery tech ecosystems, and integrating diverse
data streams (e.g., HRV, VO2 max, sleep, glucose tracking).
• Experience with AI/ML for personalization and predictive insights in the wellness space is a
strong advantage.

2.3. Product and Platform Strategy
• Experience leading end-to-end development of digital platforms (mobile apps, dashboards,
member portals, APIs).
• Ability to translate business goals into a coherent digital product roadmap that aligns with
Omnui’s experiential mission.
• Experience in managing UX/UI design teams or product strategy teams is a plus.

   and science advisors to align tech strategy with operations and brand.

   efficient development and iteration.

2. Technical and Technological Expertise
   • System Architecture: Deep knowledge of designing scalable backend systems, cloud
   infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity protocols.
   • Data Systems: Experience with data engineering, database management, and integrating
   third-party APIs for wearables and diagnostic tools.
   • AI/ML: Working knowledge of applying AI to fitness and health (e.g., smart
   recommendations, habit tracking, personalization engines).
   • Platform Integration: Familiarity with CRM tools, member management systems, IoT
   integrations, and operational software platforms.

3. Data Privacy and Security
   • Experience in GDPR, HIPAA, or other data protection frameworks applicable to health and
   fitness data.
   • Demonstrated ability to design secure systems and implement protocols for user consent,
   anonymization, and data integrity.

4. Strategic Vision
   • Innovation-Focused: Passion for exploring cutting-edge technologies (e.g., digital twins,
   biosensor integrations, health optimization AI).

   • Experience working with member-based digital platforms, smart gyms, or subscription
   based services.
   • Familiarity with API ecosystems and partnerships with health data providers, gyms, or
   recovery tools.
