Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern who is hungry to learn, willing to take risks, and excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Your primary responsibility will be cold outreach, lead generation, and client acquisition for our products and services. You will directly contribute to business growth by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, building relationships, and helping close deals.

This is not a passive internship. We are looking for someone who is proactive, ambitious, and driven by results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across target industries
• Perform cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and calls
• Generate qualified leads for our products and services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client pain points and communicate our solutions effectively
• Schedule meetings and assist in sales discussions
• Follow up consistently and move leads through the sales pipeline
• Support in closing deals and bringing business opportunities

Compensation

This is a performance-based internship. There is no fixed salary or stipend.

You will earn incentives/commission based on performance. Commission will be paid only when a deal is successfully closed through your efforts.

The more deals you help close, the more you earn.
