NPrep is hiring a YouTube Manager, who will be responsible for managing and growing the brand's YouTube presence by planning, publishing, and optimizing video content. This role focuses on driving channel growth, improving engagement, and ensuring content aligns with the overall brand and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, publish, and manage YouTube content, including long-form videos and Shorts.
- Collaborate with educators, editors, and the design team to ensure smooth content execution.
- Optimize videos for channel growth through effective titles, thumbnails, and SEO practices.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as views, watch time, retention, and subscriber growth.
- Leverage data and audience insights to continuously improve content strategy
- Ensure consistency, quality standards, and timely delivery of all published content.
