The Role
We are looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media Manager Intern to take our digital presence to the next level. You won't just be "posting"; you’ll be building a brand. We’ll provide the raw footage; you provide the magic.

Your Game Plan

• Content Creation: Edit photos and craft high-energy Reels/Shorts that stop the scroll.
• Platform Mastery: Primary focus on Instagram, ensuring our aesthetic is on point and our engagement is soaring.
• Growth Hacking: Use current trends and clever hooks to increase our reach and follower count.
• Reputation Management: Be the voice of the brand. Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews with wit and speed.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve. If there’s a new trending audio or challenge, you should be the first to know.
• What We’re Looking For
• The Creative Eye: Proficiency in mobile video editing apps
• The Social Native: You understand the Instagram algorithm better than your own family tree.
• The Wordsmith: Ability to write snappy, engaging captions.
• The Vibe: You are proactive, social media-loving, and thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.
• Location: Based in Bangalore (while the role is mostly remote, you'll occasionally need to swing by our centres).
