• Prospect colleges, coaching centres & student communities
• Conduct demos, events, and micro-seminars to drive subscriptions

• Social Media Community Management Manage NPrep’s social media community channels, including Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms. Monitor comments, messages, discussions, and audience interactions. Respond to followers’ queries in a timely, professional, and engaging manner. Maintain a positive, informative, and active community environment. Identify common audience concerns, interests, and engagement opportunities.

Student Success Manager

About the Role
At Nprep, we don't just want our students to pass, we want them topping the all India rank lists.
We’re looking for a Student Success Manager to build and run our student selection program.

• You start with the feeling you want the student to feel, then design backwards. Wireframes come last.
• You work closely with product, engineering, and content — and you stay in the conversation well past the Figma handoff.

• Define and instrument the full funnel (impression → click → install → registration → activation → free-to-paid → renewal), and find where it leaks.
• Own unit economics: CAC by channel and campaign (cost per install, per registration, per paid student), LTV, LTV:CAC, payback, and ROAS.

• Develop and execute the overall brand strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.

• Plan, publish, and manage YouTube content, including long-form videos and Shorts.
• Collaborate with educators, editors, and the design team to ensure smooth content execution.
