Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect colleges, coaching centres & student communities
• Conduct demos, events, and micro-seminars to drive subscriptions
• Own the complete sales cycle: Prospect → Pitch → Close → Nurture
• Maintain daily CRM / MIS updates and achieve weekly revenue targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable with travel and managing a regional sales territory
• Confident in public interaction and presentations
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & local language
• Interest in healthcare or ed-tech industry
• Prior B2C / Field Sales experience preferred
• Prior ed-tech experience or nursing/medical industry experience is a plus
