About the job
Strategic Initiatives Manager (Remote)
(this is not a role with Dentistry Automation)
About The Role
I am looking for a highly capable, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented professional to work directly with me across a wide range of business, investment, networking, philanthropic, and special projects.
This is not an Executive Assistant role.
This is not an administrative role.
This is not a project coordinator role.
You will help drive important initiatives from idea through execution, often with limited direction and incomplete information.
You should enjoy figuring things out, researching unfamiliar topics, coordinating people, solving problems, and ensuring projects move forward.
If you are looking for a structured corporate job with narrowly defined responsibilities, this role is probably not a fit.

Examples Of Projects You May Work On
- Researching and evaluating real estate opportunities
- Coordinating due diligence for potential acquisitions or investments
- Supporting philanthropic and foundation initiatives
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships and networking pipelines
- Researching new business opportunities and industries
- Coordinating meetings with founders, investors, operators, and advisors
- Organizing travel, conferences, and business events
- Managing special projects from concept through completion
- Identifying experts, vendors, consultants, and partners
- Tracking opportunities, commitments, and follow-ups across multiple initiatives
No two weeks will look exactly the same.

- Help ensure valuable opportunities are not lost due to lack of follow-through
Founder Support
- Help prioritize initiatives and commitments
- Organize information and reduce complexity
- Convert discussions and ideas into actionable plans
- Serve as an execution partner across a broad range of initiatives
