Tax and Compliance Associate

Borocracy is hiring a Tax and Compliance Associate to join our growing team. We are a dedicated compliance partner serving startups, small businesses and individuals — We make GST, Taxation and Business Compliance simple, affordable and stress-free.

What you’ll do ?

• Handle GST Registration and GST Filing independently for multiple clients
• Manage Income Tax Filing and Tax Compliance processes end to end
• Monitor and manage client deadlines independently — ensuring zero missed filings
• Research and provide timely updates on changes in Tax laws, GST regulations and Government acts
• Communicate with clients to collect documents and explain compliance requirements clearly
• Maintain accurate records of all filings, deadlines and client communications
• Support clients with Business Registration and Licensing requirements
• Identify compliance risks and proactively flag them to the team

What we are looking for?

• B.Com graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in GST and Taxation
• Solid working knowledge of GST laws, Income Tax regulations and Compliance requirements
• Proficient in accounting software — Tally, QuickBooks or similar
• Strong communication skills — able to explain complex regulations in simple terms
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client deadlines independently
• Detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment

• Salary — ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
