Client Growth Specialist (Remote)

Salary : Rs 3.0 Lacs to Rs 4.0 Lacs per annum fixed + Variable

What Youll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential customers via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and outbound campaigns.
• Generate and qualify leads for demos and sales conversations.
• Work closely with founders on GTM strategy, messaging, and outreach experiments.
• Build targeted prospect lists and run personalized outbound campaigns.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance.

• Learn how modern AI-first SaaS sales works from the ground up.
  What Were Looking For

• 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or customer-facing roles.

• Strong communication and writing skills.

• Curious, energetic, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.

• Someone who enjoys talking to people and solving problems.

• Startup mindset high ownership and bias for action.
