Full-Stack Software Developer

Role Overview
We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development and maintenance of modern digital products. The ideal candidate should possess strong software engineering fundamentals, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to build scalable, high-quality applications across web and mobile platforms. This role is suited for
individuals who are passionate about technology, product development and delivering reliable software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining frontend and backend applications, designing and consuming APIs, integrating third-party services and contributing to the overall architecture of software solutions. The role involves participating in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing,
deployment and production support. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to application performance improvements, debugging, issueresolution and implementation of security best practices while ensuring adherence to coding standards and development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Candidates should have 1–3+ years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js and Node.js is required.
• A solid understanding of RESTful APIs, database design and software engineering principles is essential.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB is expected.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail and the ability to write clean, maintainable and scalable code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React Native or Flutter, GraphQL, cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as Docker will be considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring tools and modern deployment practices is desirable. Exposure to system design concepts, performance optimization and production support environments will be viewed positively.

Compensation
Compensation will be aligned with industry standards and determined based on experience, technical expertise, project contributions, and interview performance. We are flexible for the right candidate and may consider compensation beyond the stated range based on skills, experience and overall fit for the role.
