🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Full Stack Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, and MySQL.

You will be part of a dynamic engineering team responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and modern web applications.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS (frontend) and NodeJS / ExpressJS (backend)
• Build reusable, efficient, and scalable frontend components
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code
• Optimize applications for speed and performance
• Design and develop backend APIs and services
• Work with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB) to manage schemas and queries
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams
• Integrate third-party APIs and AI-powered features (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack
• Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices

✅ Requirements

• 2–3 years of full-time industry experience in full stack development
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, and ExpressJS
• Experience with at least one database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), DOM, and core programming concepts
• Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience working with REST APIs and API integration
• Familiarity with state management (Redux or similar)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodology
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

⭐ Good to Have

• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Exposure to cloud platforms / deployment
• Understanding of performance optimization and scalable system design
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering

• This role requires working from office (Monday to Friday)
• Location: MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai
• Salary will be offered based on interview performance within ₹11–12 LPA
