Growth Consultant

The Mission
As a Growth Consultant, you will work closely with hotel groups and resorts to support revenue growth through
AI-driven pricing solutions. You will assist clients in understanding dynamic pricing models and help them
improve occupancy, pricing strategies, and overall revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
The Strategic Pitch:
Assist in understanding a client’s current RevPAR, occupancy trends, and revenue opportunities while supporting
business growth discussions with hotel partners.
Consultative Demos:
Conduct and support product demonstrations, showcasing the platform’s ability to simplify and automate revenue
management processes.
TCO & ROI Analysis:
Support the preparation of business reports and basic financial comparisons to demonstrate operational
efficiency and revenue improvement opportunities.
Sales Funnel Management:
Coordinate with BDRs/Inside Sales teams to support lead generation, prospect engagement, and pipeline
management activities.
Product Customization:
Work closely with internal Product and Operations teams to communicate client requirements and
hospitality-specific needs.
Ideal Profile:
Expertise:
Basic understanding or strong interest in Hospitality Revenue Management, Business Growth, or SaaS solutions.
The "Finance" Lens:
Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and business insights, along with strong analytical acumen to
identify growth and revenue opportunities.
Goal Orientation:
Self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn, achieve business targets, and grow in a fast-paced startup
environment.
