Team Lead

The Role
We're looking for a Team Lead who takes ownership seriously. You'll manage a team of annotators working across image, video, text, and specialised data projects — keeping quality high, targets on track, and problems solved before they escalate. The job isn't about knowing annotation inside out on day one; it's about being the kind of person who figures things out, keeps the team moving, and doesn't let things slip.

What You'll Do

• Own team performance — set targets, track progress, and make sure the team hits them
• Run regular quality checks and flag issues early
• Onboard and train new team members on tools and workflows
• Work closely with project managers to understand client requirements and plan delivery
• Spot bottlenecks, come up with fixes, and actually implement them
• Handle escalations without losing momentum on other work

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience managing or leading teams in any operational setting
• Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Strong people skills — you can motivate, give feedback, and hold people accountable without it getting awkward
• Organised enough to track multiple moving pieces across projects and people
• Based in Delhi and available to work from our office full-time

Good to Have

• Experience in data annotation, RLHF, tech, or AI-adjacent operations
• Familiarity with project tracking tools or productivity software
