Full-Time | US Shift
We are hiring an Online Business Manager to support global entrepreneurs with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
Shift:
6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST / 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST (Mon–Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar, inbox, and meeting management
- Research and report preparation
- MIS reporting, data validation, database management
- CRM support and lead generation (no sales)
- Cross-team coordination and project execution
Requirements:
- 2+ years full-time experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-driven
Technical Setup:
- Laptop (min. 8 GB RAM, i3/i5+)
- 100 Mbps internet
- Camera, headset, and quiet workspace
