Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow Creare's customer base, strengthen brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about luxury products, customer relationships, digital marketing and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into customers.
• Build relationships with luxury consumers, corporate clients and business partners.
• Manage customer communication through phone, email, WhatsApp and social media.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Assist with social media marketing, content creation and community engagement.
• Track sales performance and maintain customer records.
• Support promotional events, exhibitions and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development or customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and eager to learn.
• Passion for luxury brands, fashion or premium products is a plus.
