Compensation: Up to ₹35,000 CTC
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer support calls for US banking clients
- Resolve customer queries related to banking services, accounts, and transactions
- Deliver professional and accurate customer service
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to process guidelines and compliance requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
