About the Internship:

• We’re looking for a UX Research Intern who is curious about user behavior and enjoys turning data and observations into meaningful product insights.
• You’ll work closely with product and design teams to understand user needs, validate ideas, and improve the overall user experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to identify patterns and insights
• Understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations from product interfaces
• Map user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions
• Participate in client discussions to gather requirements and research inputs
• Present research insights that help inform product and design decisions

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical and observation skills
• Good understanding of user behavior and interaction flows
• Ability to translate user needs into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable interacting with users, stakeholders, and clients
• Basic understanding of UI principles and screen layouts to better interpret user interactions and interface feedback

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with UX research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Experience with AI-assisted tools like NotebookLM, Claude, Figma Make, or similar tools for research synthesis and analysis
• Basic familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, or Miro
• Note: Applicants should include a short research case study, academic project, or portfolio demonstrating how they analyze user behavior and derive insights.
