About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support and manage day-to-day online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, and performance tracking across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing Management Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. Ensure all product information, images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate and up to date. Maintain listing quality and improve search visibility through optimized content. Coordinate stock updates and revisions as required.
• Order Processing & Fulfillment Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment. Track inventory levels and help prevent stock discrepancies.
• Data Analysis & Reporting Track key performance metrics including sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory turnover. Prepare regular reports and support performance analysis. Suggest improvements based on operational and marketplace data.
• Marketing & Promotions Assist in executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and flash sales. Upload banners, manage offers, and monitor campaign performance. Support online brand visibility initiatives and social media integrations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and design teams to ensure seamless marketplace operations. Support onboarding of new platforms and marketplace integrations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education

• MBA (Freshers may apply), or
• Bachelor’s degree with up to 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.
