HR & Talent Acquisition Intern — The Padel Company

The Padel Company is building India’s growing padel ecosystem, and we’re looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern who enjoys meeting people, identifying talent, and helping build teams and communities from the ground up.

You’ll work closely on:

• hiring interns across cities
• screening applications
• coordinating interviews
• onboarding team members
• managing communication with applicants
• helping build the culture and people side of The Padel Company

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people interactions, communication, networking, psychology, startups, or community-led environments. You do not need prior HR experience — being proactive, organised, and good with people matters more.

You’ll get exposure to how early-stage companies hire, scale teams, and build communities across different cities.
