We are looking for a Marketing Lead to build and scale our brand presence, content systems, and lead generation strategy globally.

Role Overview
As the Marketing Lead, you will drive brand positioning, content strategy, and inbound growth, working closely with the growth team to generate leads and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine brand messaging and positioning
• Plan and execute content strategy (LinkedIn, social, etc.)
• Manage and guide marketing and content team
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and quality
• Identify and test growth channels (organic + paid)
• Collaborate with Growth Lead on lead generation funnels
• Track and improve engagement and content performance

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent, high-quality content output
• Increasing engagement and brand visibility
• Leads generated through marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Strong experience in content, branding, or digital marketing
• Understanding of startup growth and audience building
• Creative thinker with execution ability
• Experience managing teams is a plus

Compensation

• Performance-based bonuses
• Equity: 0.5% – 1% (performance-based)
