The Opportunity
A high-growth, venture-backed technology company operating at the intersection of AI, IoT, and industrial automation is expanding its presence across North America.
The business delivers advanced solutions into complex manufacturing environments, helping large-scale industrial operators improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive measurable ROI across operations.
They are now hiring a Sales Manager – Americas to take ownership of new business growth across key industrial sectors.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving revenue across mid-market and enterprise accounts, owning the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to deal close and expansion.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role with significant autonomy, suited to someone comfortable operating in a scaling, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong pipeline across industrial sectors (e.g. manufacturing, process industries, energy-intensive environments)
Lead full-cycle sales: discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, and close
Engage senior stakeholders across operations, engineering, and executive teams
Translate complex technical solutions into clear commercial value and ROI
Partner cross-functionally with product and delivery teams to ensure successful implementations
Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Represent the company at industry events and client sites (travel required across North America)
What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years of experience in B2B sales within industrial, technical, or enterprise environments
Background selling complex solutions (e.g. SaaS + hardware, automation, IoT, or similar)
Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing long sales cycles
Ability to operate consultatively with both technical and commercial stakeholders
Comfortable in a high-growth, ambiguous environment where processes are still evolving
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel (~30–50%)
Why This Role
High earning potential with uncapped commission structure
Opportunity to join a scaling, well-funded company at an early stage of U.S. expansion
Exposure to cutting-edge technology in AI and industrial optimisation
Clear path to progression as the commercial team grows
Work directly with leadership and influence go-to-market strategy
