About the job
ABOUT CONTEXTQA
ContextQA is an AI-native software quality platform that helps engineering and QA teams ship faster with fewer bugs. By combining intelligent test generation, autonomous execution, and continuous quality insights, ContextQA removes the bottlenecks that slow down release cycles, so engineering leaders can focus on building, not firefighting.
We're at an exciting inflection point: strong product-market fit, a growing direct customer base, and a clear opportunity to scale through a world-class partner ecosystem. This is a foundational hire that will define how ContextQA reaches engineering teams globally.
THE OPPORTUNITY
ContextQA is looking for a proven channel and partnership leader to architect and build our global partner ecosystem from the ground up. As our Head of Partnerships, you'll set the strategic vision, design the program infrastructure, and drive hands-on execution across a multi-tier partner network, including VARs, System Integrators (SI), QA and DevOps consulting firms, MSPs, and cloud marketplace channels.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll work directly with the CEO to define how partnerships fuel ContextQA's next phase of growth, while also building the relationships, programs, and processes that make it real. If you're energized by building something from scratch and want your work to have a direct impact on company trajectory, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Partner Program Design & Architecture
- Design and launch ContextQA's global partner program, including tier structure, onboarding, deal registration, margin and incentive frameworks, and rules of engagement with direct sales
- Define distinct program tracks for each partner type: resellers, system integrators, QA/DevOps consultancies, MSPs, and cloud marketplace partners. Each track will have tailored value propositions and commercial models for each
- Build the operational infrastructure that supports a scalable program: partner portal, PRM tooling, co-sell playbooks, and performance dashboards
Partner Recruitment & Pipeline Development
- Identify, recruit, and activate high-value partners across North America, EMEA, APAC, and emerging markets, prioritizing partners with established relationships with engineering leaders and DevOps buyers
- Build and own the partner pipeline, holding partners accountable to sourced and influenced revenue targets alongside joint business plans with clear milestones
- Serve as ContextQA's senior relationship owner for strategic partners, engaging at the executive level to deepen commitments and expand joint opportunities
Partner Enablement & Go-to-Market Execution
- Develop enablement programs including certifications, technical training, sales playbooks, demo environments, and co-branded collateral that allow partners to independently position and sell ContextQA
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute joint demand generation programs, field events, and co-marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline through the partner channel
- Coordinate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure partners can deliver successful implementations and strong customer outcomes
Cloud Marketplace & Alliance Motions
- Build and manage ContextQA's presence on AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace, including private offers, co-sell enrollment, and procurement optimization
- Develop co-sell relationships with cloud provider partner teams to secure positioning in their deal flow and enterprise customer conversations
Cross-Functional Alignment & Reporting
- Work closely with Sales leadership to embed partner motions into core go-to-market, ensuring channel activity complements rather than conflicts with direct efforts
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and RevOps to establish commercial frameworks, partner agreements, and governance models appropriate for different regions and transaction types
- Define and report on key partnership metrics including partner-sourced ARR, partner-influenced pipeline, activation rates, and program ROI, with regular updates to the CEO and leadership team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling channel programs in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, including hands-on ownership of partner recruitment, activation, and revenue results
- Experience managing a multi-type partner ecosystem: VARs, system integrators, consulting firms, and/or MSPs, with a clear understanding of how each partner type sells and delivers value
- Ability to develop and execute regional channel strategies across multiple geographies, including managing different market maturities, partner profiles, and go-to-market norms
- Strong commercial instincts for structuring partner economics, including margins, deal registration, co-sell incentives, and marketplace fee models, that balance growth and profitability
- Proven ability to influence at the executive level, both internally and with partner organizations, without relying on organizational authority
- Comfort operating in an early-stage environment: able to build structure where little exists, shift priorities quickly, and execute with limited resources
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex program changes for both partner executives and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Nice to Have
- Background in software quality, DevOps, developer tooling, or adjacent engineering-focused technology markets
- Direct experience with cloud marketplace go-to-market: private offers, co-sell motions, and hyperscaler partner programs (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience building partner programs for platforms that sell to engineering leaders: QA managers, VP Engineering, DevOps leads, or CTOs
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a partnerships team
- MBA or advanced degree
WHY JOIN CONTEXTQA
- Foundational role with direct input into company strategy; you'll report to the CEO and have a seat at the table as we scale
- A category with genuine momentum: AI-native QA is transforming how engineering teams ship software, and ContextQA is at the forefront
- Competitive compensation with performance-based variable component, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits
- Flexible, remote-first culture with the autonomy to build the program your way, backed by strong leadership support
- Opportunity to build and lead a team as the partnership function scales
