About ContextQA
ContextQA is an AI-native software quality platform spanning enterprise application testing and pre-deployment validation for AI agents. We help engineering and QA teams ship faster, reduce software risk, and determine whether AI agents are ready for production.
The Opportunity
ContextQA is hiring a hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to build a consistent demand and pipeline engine across the U.S. market.
We have strong initial positioning, active channels, and specialists supporting paid, SEO/web, creative, and outbound. We need the senior operator who connects the pieces: sharpening the story where needed, turning strategy into campaigns, raising the quality of execution, and owning whether the work generates qualified pipeline.
Our primary motion is enterprise sales-led growth through outbound, ABM, content, events, partnerships, and high-value accounts. We are also developing a product-led motion around signups, activation, and conversion. You should understand how these funnels differ without needing to be equally specialized in both.
This is not a marketing project-management role. When a campaign underperforms, you will determine whether the issue is the audience, message, offer, creative, landing page, sequencing, or follow-up, and make the changes required to improve it.
You will work directly with the CEO, Head of GTM, Sales, and a lean specialist team. You will not inherit a large budget or mature marketing organization; you will personally build, test, and improve the early motion before scaling a team around what works.
What You'll Own
Own marketing-sourced pipeline, lead quality, conversion, and channel performance.
Build and execute integrated demand programs across outbound, LinkedIn, content, ABM, events, web, paid, and other relevant channels.
Translate ContextQA's positioning into compelling campaigns, offers, landing pages, founder content, and sales materials.
Help sharpen the category narrative around AI agent testing through market feedback and campaign learning.
Partner with Sales on ICP, target accounts, event follow-up, pipeline progression, and win/loss insights.
Instrument the funnel, diagnose conversion gaps, and rapidly adjust messaging, audience, creative, sequencing, or investment.
Set the execution standard for specialists across paid, SEO/web, creative, and outbound.
Automate repetitive marketing workflows and build practical reporting leadership can trust.
Hire and develop a lean growth marketing team as the motion scales.
What We're Looking For
6+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or a comparable role.
Experience building or materially improving a growth motion in an early-stage or high-growth company.
Direct ownership of pipeline, qualified opportunities, ARR contribution, or another commercial growth target.
Hands-on experience across at least two areas such as demand generation, content, ABM, outbound, events, paid acquisition, web conversion, or marketing analytics.
Ability to turn complex technical capabilities into clear messaging, campaigns, and offers.
Experience marketing to enterprise technology buyers, developers, engineering leaders, QA, DevOps, architects, CIOs, CTOs, or adjacent audiences.
Strong analytical and diagnostic instincts across funnel conversion, attribution, channel economics, and campaign performance.
Player-coach mentality: able to execute personally, direct specialists, and build a team over time.
Comfortable operating with a small budget, imperfect data, limited resources, and direct founder involvement.
Strong understanding of the U.S. B2B SaaS market.
Preferred
Experience in AI, developer tools, DevOps, QA automation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, or another technical software category.
Experience shaping positioning, messaging, or an emerging category.
Experience with enterprise ABM, executive events, founder-led content, or technical community marketing.
Familiarity with product-led or self-serve growth motions.
Experience as an early marketing hire or building a function from the ground up.
Practical use of AI and automation in marketing workflows.
