Associate Frontend Developer (Framer-Only)

We're looking for an Associate Frontend Developer (Framer-only) who gets that a marketing site is judged in the first three seconds, and the rest of the work is just making sure those three seconds hold up.

You'll build responsive marketing websites in Framer, set up scalable CMS structures, and ship work that's clean, fast, and bug-free across every screen size. This is detail work: semantic structure, SEO-friendly markup, organized layer hierarchy, and quality that doesn't need a second pass.

Must have hands-on experience with Framer, HTML fundamentals, and responsive design. CMS setup (Framer CMS preferred) is a plus.

The Assessment:
Build two sections in Framer for a brand or product of your choice (real or fictional):

A responsive hero section, working cleanly on mobile and desktop, with a headline, subheading, and a CTA.
A CMS-driven section, 3-5 cards (e.g., features, testimonials, team members) pulling from a Framer CMS collection you set up yourself.

That's the full scope, two sections, not a complete landing page.

What we want to see:

• Responsive design across mobile and desktop
• Semantic structure, correct heading levels, clean markup
• CMS setup, sensible field types, clean naming, structured so a non-technical person could update it
• Clean Framer file, named layers, organized hierarchy, components used appropriately
• Quality, no layout breaks at either breakpoint
