We're looking for a highly driven Founding Growth Marketing Associate to join our team and help us build the future of AI-powered healthcare.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, learning quickly, and working directly with the founders to grow a product that makes a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end marketing and sales initiatives.
• Plan and run growth campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create engaging AI-assisted content for social media and marketing.
• Record or coordinate authentic UGC (User-Generated Content) videos for product promotion.
• Work closely with the founders on customer acquisition, brand building, and growth experiments.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results.

What We're Looking For

• Prior hands-on experience in marketing and sales.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.).
• Confident creating or appearing in UGC-style videos, or willing to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Someone who enjoys solving problems, experimenting, and delivering results.
