Junior Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end in-house recruitment for multiple open positions.
Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, references, and headhunting.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic/virtual interviews.
Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate data using ATS tools.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus drives if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in recruitment (preferably in-house hiring).
Hands-on experience with ATS tools and candidate tracking systems.
Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and headhunting.
Experience in conducting in-person interviews.
Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
