What you’ll do

1. Work directly with the founders on key strategic, product, and growth initiatives.
2. Drive business planning, partnerships, analytics, and special projects that impact scale.
3. Build data-driven insights for decision-making across product, operations, and marketing.
4. Work closely with product and tech teams to translate business problems into product requirements, experiments, and features.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to execute high-impact projects.

Who you are

1. 0–4 years of experience in consulting, startup strategy, product, or business roles.
2. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
4. Excited about fintech innovation.
5. Programming Skills (Bonus)
