About the role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our core team to support company-wide hiring efforts across the globe and help build the talent pipelines that fuel our growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong recruiting background with familiarity in best practices relating to Human Resources, Recruitment, and onboarding. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, driving efficient hiring processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing high-quality talent across the globe and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.This is a great opportunity for someone energized by fast-paced work, strong partnerships with hiring managers, and building scalable recruiting systems.

Reports to: Global Lead - Talent Acquisition

Location: Bangalore, India- Hybrid

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting globally across a range of roles and teams, ensuring an efficient and consistent process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, and referrals.
• Support interview scheduling and coordination for roles managed by senior recruiters, ensuring a smooth candidate and interviewer experience.
• Assist with recruiting efforts for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and candidate communication, under guidance from senior team members.
• Help build and maintain candidate pipelines by following established sourcing plans and outreach templates.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring needs, timelines, and process logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and notes in the ATS, and share basic pipeline updates with the recruiting team.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data accuracy, and develop comfort using recruiting data to support hiring decisions.

What you bring

• 5-8 years of experience in recruiting in the Technology Sector, preferably in a product-based startup.
• Exceptional sourcing skills, ownership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects and workflows.
• Comfortable working across a variety of functions and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Startup experience and cross-functional team experience.
• A hustler mentality; founding a company or building side projects is a plus!
