Candidate Mapping

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates for leadership and executive roles.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor intelligence, and maintain up-to-date knowledge databases.
• Build and maintain long lists of suitable candidates for specific leadership assignments

First-Level BD Calls

• Initiate first-contact calls with potential clients to understand their leadership hiring needs.
• Present Frequency.CX’s value proposition and gather information on open mandates.
• Maintain a structured follow-up schedule, spacing out calls to balance persistence with professionalism

Candidate Calls

• Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their fit for leadership positions.
• Gather information on candidates’ backgrounds, motivations, and suitability for specific roles.
• Document all interactions and feedback in the candidate database for future reference and reporting

Leadership Hiring Support

• Update and manage the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare reports and summaries on candidate pipelines, search progress, and market insights.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and hiring managers to align on search strategies and candidate profiles.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and managing candidate experience touch points
