Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for Taxida. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, source strong candidates, run a smooth and respectful interview process, and close offers quickly.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding handoff
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines and interview plans
Write clear job descriptions and post them across job boards, LinkedIn and social channels
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Instahyre, referrals, campus drives and community networks
Screen resumes, run initial HR calls and assess role fit, communication and culture alignment
Schedule and coordinate interviews, and collect timely feedback from panels
Negotiate compensation, roll out offers and reduce offer drop-offs through regular candidate engagement
Keep the ATS or tracker updated and share weekly hiring reports (pipeline, time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio)
Build talent pipelines for recurring and future roles
Promote Taxida’s employer brand through job posts, referral programs and local networking
Support onboarding documentation and pre-joining follow-ups
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
1-4 years of recruitment experience (startup, tech or high-volume hiring preferred)
Hands-on experience with boolean search and sourcing on LinkedIn and job portals
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines
Working knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with the Bengaluru job market and compensation benchmarks
Fluency in English; Kannada, Hindi or Tamil is a plus
Good to Have
Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles
Exposure to campus hiring and bulk or field hiring
Basic understanding of labour compliance and background verification processes
