Role Overview

We’re looking for an AI Content Maker Intern who can use AI tools to create high-quality, engaging real estate content at scale. Your work will be seen across our website, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and investor presentations.

If you love AI + content + storytelling, this role is for you.

Duration: 3 months (with strong potential for full-time conversion)

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Equity: To be discussed upon conversion to full-time

Location: Remote

Time Commitment: Full-time

What You Will Do

1. Create Content Using AI Tools
2. Generate branded Instagram carousels, reels scripts, and visuals
3. Make video/story ads using AI tools (Sora-like prompts, Runway, Midjourney, etc.)

4. Create property descriptions, blogs, and location guides using ChatGPT

5. Work With Real Estate Project Data

6. Convert brochures into structured and SEO-friendly content

7. Write compelling project descriptions, headlines, investment points

8. Create crisp one-liners for ads, pitch decks, and landing pages

9. Support Marketing & Brand

10. Build a consistent visual + written identity for Avacasa

11. Repurpose long content into short-form drafts

12. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and onboarding teams

What We’re Looking For

• Strong command of English + creativity in writing
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
• Ability to turn raw information (brochures, notes, recordings) into polished content
• Understanding of Instagram + video-first content
• A scrappy, fast-learning, execution-driven mindset Bonus: Interest in real estate, travel, or wellness
