What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain Python/Django applications that power our Gen AI products.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, data scientists, and product designers to deliver high-quality features fast.
• Contribute to scalable, cloud-native infrastructure that supports real-time AI use cases.
• Integrate and fine-tune NLP/LLM models in production environments.
• Take ownership of features from ideation to deployment, and iterate based on real-world usage.
• Participate in code reviews, tech discussions, and team stand-ups.
• Continuously learn and contribute to improving our engineering processes and culture.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Python, preferably with Django or a similar framework.
• Familiarity with either frontend development (React/TypeScript) or cloud infrastructure (Terraform, Kubernetes) is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and object-oriented programming.
• Curiosity or prior exposure to NLP and LLM tools is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to take initiative.
• Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
