Our ideal candidate is an individual looking for the opportunity to grow and shine by building on their strengths and challenging their weaknesses to improve. A successful Slash Sales Manager will have the knowledge and knowhow to engage with clients in face-to-face and online meetings, networking via both in-person events and online channels to get leads, and close the deals.
We seek individuals who is experience in selling B2B tech services in the Singapore market. The person will actively reaching out to customers whether on their own or in parallel with our internal growth team. Our team is looking for the type of person who has cultivated their own network and can bring that value & expertise to the table. As a key Slash Sales Manager, your success will be directly measured by your own drive to succeed, create new connections, network within the industry and deliver hot leads to our senior consultants.
Sales begins with a simple opener, and finishes with a smooth closing!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Become well-versed in the digital product and solution industry, able to educate customers on the use and benefits of our services.
- Work with customers to ensure they are finding value in our services.
- Work with our Growth Team to assist with marketing and sales collateral, coordinating social media activity to promote the brand; as well, maintain and generate leads & opportunities via advertising channels (LinkedIn, Google, Clutch, etc.).
- Collaborate with other team members to meet customer needs and create new opportunities.
- Targeted outbound “cold calling” to businesses to drive sales opportunities and build new business relationships.
- Manage a pipeline of target prospects and learn to analyze and nurture each one based on lead responses & potential needs
- Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly qualified meeting and sales quotas.
- Must be able to travel to attend events, networking events, sales/pitch meetings, around Southeast Asia, especially Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok.
