Key Responsibilities of a Systems Apprentice - Operations and Sales Technologies:

• Supports operations and sales platform management
• Participates in system configuration, monitoring, and optimization
• Develops technical skills across business technologies
• Collaborates with senior team members on technology projects
• Assists in troubleshooting and documenting technical processes
• Supports performance analysis and system improvement initiatives
• Learns and assists with communication and tracking technologies such as Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and Five9

Requirements

• Entry-level technical professional interested in operations and sales technologies
• Basic understanding of technical systems or demonstrated technical aptitude
• Strong interest in learning business communication platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and learning capabilities
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, collaborative technical environment
• Foundational communication and teamwork skills
• Technical certification or business/IT background preferred
