The Global Advertising team at JWP Connatix is dedicated to driving success for leading brands, digital agencies, and strategic channel partners by curating and optimizing video audiences across online video, OTT, and CTV. The Opportunity:
The Director of Global Channels Partnership role provides an incredible opportunity to shape and expand JWP Connatix’s partnerships with some of the most influential platforms, media giants, and data companies in the advertising and technology landscape. This leadership position will allow you to strategically guide partnerships and drive initiatives that increase our market presence and revenue.
As a Director of Global Channels, you will:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a global business development team, cultivating a collaborative, goal-driven culture with a focus on transparent metrics.
- Build and nurture high-level relationships with AdTech platforms, establishing JWP Connatix as a trusted and preferred partner in the ecosystem.
- Collaborate across departments—sales, marketing, product, and customer success—to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Create partnership models that deliver mutual benefits, supporting revenue growth and enhancing market positioning.
- Align with senior leadership to refine the go-to-market strategy, optimizing the client engagement model to meet evolving market demands.
- Advocate JWP Connatix’s video and contextual targeting capabilities, effectively positioning our products’ value at client meetings and industry events.
- Champion JWP Connatix’s commitment to trust and safety in digital advertising by participating in thought leadership efforts, including conferences, industry events and publications.
Requirements for the role:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships in AdTech, with a strong emphasis on programmatic and digital video.
- At least 3 years of experience managing private marketplace and curated deals.
- In-depth knowledge of data targeting (contextual targeting a plus), with a solid understanding of DSP, SSP, and ad exchange dynamics.
- Proven success in negotiating and closing high-value partnerships with key players in the AdTech ecosystem.
- Experience developing scalable commercial models and revenue-sharing frameworks.
- Well-established network and recognized thought leadership within the AdTech industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, including public speaking experience and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

*New York City Residents and Applicants: In compliance with applicable laws, including those in New York City, the annual base salary for this position, based on relevant experience, is within the range of $130,000.00 to $160,000.00. This figure is inclusive of all listed benefits outlined above. *
For applicants located outside of the area, the specified salary band may not apply. Instead, we offer an adjusted rate that is both equitable and competitive with the prevailing wages in their residing and surrounding area.
