Account Executive

About the Role:
As a Account Executive at Home Made, you’ll play a vital role in our B2B sales funnel, specialising in rental offers within our Build-to-Rent accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include offer qualification, negotiation, and seamless progression to our tenancy operations team. You’ll contribute directly to creating a better renting experience for all stakeholders.

Key Details:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am–6 pm or 10 am–7 pm), plus a fortnightly Saturday (with a day in lieu).
Location: Southwark office-based role, transitioning to one day a week WFH after probation.
Salary: £25K base salary + commission (OTE £40K)
Start Date: Please note that all hiring is currently for start dates in 2025.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end rental offer process for Build-to-Rent clients.
Accurately input and manage offer details in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with business standards.
Qualify and prepare offers that meet defined rules and compliance criteria.
Lead negotiations with renters, securing rental agreements while keeping all parties informed.
Collaborate with teams across the business to fulfil our mission of transforming the rental market.
