Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Design and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media management, and content marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Content: Collaborate and develop content to produce engaging, high-performing materials aligned with SEO best practices. Ensure content is designed to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEO & SEM): Optimize organic and paid search strategies to improve rankings, increase traffic, and generate qualified leads. Conduct keyword research, analyze trends, and ensure effective implementation.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar platforms to track and evaluate digital campaign performance.
- Lead Generation: Create and optimize digital campaigns focused on lead generation to support sales pipelines and achieve conversion goals. Implement lead magnets, landing pages, and call-to-action (CTA) designs for better results.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage the company’s presence across social media platforms with both organic content and paid promotions.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute targeted email campaigns designed to nurture leads, improve engagement, and boost customer retention.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, new digital platforms, and algorithm updates.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within fintech or financial services.
- Hands-on experience in managing PPC, SEO, and lead generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
- Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
