Digital Marketing and sales analyst Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Comes up with creative online sales strategies and directly involved in increasing the sales numbers
  • Strives to work hard towards achieveing given targets
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Comes up with overall content and messaging strategy and writes relevant content to promote the business
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Assists with day to day operations of the platform, in conducting and promoting events and ensuring optimum user experience on the platform
  • Evaluates emerging technologies.
  • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

While most of the clients are based in Australia, there is a scope for increasing client base in other geographies as well. It is not necessary for someone to work Australia time zone but should be open to flexible working hours if required. Regular working hours will be Indian time zone from 8:30 am to 5 pm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take on a highly flexible hybrid role.

Would prefer only Pune candidates for this role.

Digital Marketing Qualifications / Skills:

  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Experience in digital and inside sales preferred

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the human resources industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages and user funnels (Knowledge of wordpress will be an andvantage)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Experience in ad creating and ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Having UX/UI design experience will be highly advantageous for this role
  • Experience in creating required creatives for the campaigns
  • Should be comfortable in using standard Microsoft office applications, email systems and document management
