Content Associate

As the Content Associate, you will oversee the curation, organization, and management of content on the platform. Your expertise in movies, music, football, cricket and other sports, combined with a deep understanding of user behavior and trends, will help you shape an engaging and relevant content strategy that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the curation and management of content across the platform using our Strapi CMS.
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with user preferences and business goals.
• Stay ahead of entertainment trends in movies and sports (especially football and cricket) to keep the platform dynamic and engaging.
• Collaborate with content partners to acquire, verify, and optimize metadata.
• Organize content into categories, playlists, and themes that enhance user discovery and engagement.
• Analyze content performance data to refine strategies and improve user satisfaction.
• Work closely with the product, marketing, and tech teams to align content initiatives with broader platform objectives.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience through meticulous content organization and presentation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Mandatory: Passion for movies, TV Shows, Football, and Cricket, with a knack for understanding what users love to watch.
• Proven experience in content management, ideally on digital platforms; familiarity with Strapi CMS is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
