Raghu is a seasoned business leader with 15+ years of experience leading large business P&Ls (USD 5 Bn + topline) and large teams (400+) in predominantly in the consumer tech space. His last stint was with Xiaomi India as the Chief Business Officer - responsible for online sales, offline sales and category management function. As a member of the senior management team at Xiaomi India from 2016, Raghu played a key role in driving the steep growth for Xiaomi India during the period of 2016-2020 which led to Xiaomi being the #1 smartphone brand in India from 2017 onwards. In addition, Raghu also setup the category management teams to build the product portfolio across 10+ categories outside of Smartphones. Xiaomi went to become the #1 brand across most of the categories including #1 Smart TV brand from 2018 onwards. As a recognition to his efforts at Xiaomi India, he was awarded the Top 10 contributor to Xiaomi globally in its first decade of existence.
