The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of our AI-powered features, including our sophisticated matching engine and intelligent prospecting system. This is a unique opportunity to work with massive B2B datasets and build ML systems that will transform how businesses connect and interact. You'll be working on challenging problems at scale, implementing privacy-preserving ML technologies, and building robust, production-ready ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models for our matching engine to process billions of data points
• Develop and optimize algorithms for our patent-pending privacy-preserving prospecting mechanism
• Build and maintain ML pipelines for automated meeting transcription and insights extraction
• Create recommendation systems for business matching and ideal customer profiling
• Implement natural language processing systems for conversation analysis and insight generation
• Develop ML models for performance analytics and predictive insights
• Ensure ML systems comply with privacy and security requirements (ISO27001, SOC II, GDPR)
• Optimize ML models for production deployment and real-time inference
• Collaborate with data engineers to design efficient data pipelines for model training
• Monitor and improve model performance in production

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with focus on production systems
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Advanced knowledge of ML algorithms, particularly in recommendation systems and NLP
• Proficiency in Python and related ML/data processing libraries
• Experience with distributed computing and large-scale data processing
• Strong understanding of ML ops and model deployment practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their ML services
• Knowledge of privacy-preserving ML techniques
• Proven track record of deploying ML models to production
• Strong background in mathematics and statistics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with privacy-preserving machine learning techniques
• Knowledge of graph neural networks and their applications
• Expertise in natural language processing and speech recognition
• Experience with real-time ML systems and online learning
• Understanding of ML system security and threat models
