CTO Cofounder – Gen AI – Virtual Photography & Marketing

This is not a position where you are solely responsible for building the product. You will be joining myself, as a CEO with domain expertise in creative industries 🎨, automation 🤖, and image processing 🖼️ to build an AI Virtual Photography platform together. Company Status

With the initial product spec and idea developed, we will be focusing on the creators community as our initial niche, think DYI and Etsy sellers looking to improve their product photography and create images for socials. 📷

2024 Goals

• Accelerate the development and fine-tuning of the Text-2-Image model, currently based on Stable Diffusion ⏩
• Test with users and esablish a product-market fit 🙋
• Secure venture capital using my network of investors 💸

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of our AI-driven virtual photography model, utilizing Stable Diffusion or other extendable Text-2-Image models
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our AI models, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, suggesting features to improve the product and how we use the model in production
• Handle MLOps, driving the deployment of the Text-2-Image model and smooth integration with our front-end application
• Collaborate and lead future technical team members to deliver on the product’s vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. in a relevant area is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably as a CTO, in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and image generation technologies, particularly with experience in Stable Diffusion or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python

Location

London or UK preferred. Happy to hear from you no matter where you're based, but UK or London-based is ideal for collaboration and incorporating. 🌍

Offer

• Salary: This is an early stage startup opportunity so no salary or full-time commitment is required. Can be treated as a side hustle intially. Once we build an MVP and raise funding we can go full time. 💰
