The Position:
The Core Services Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the ancillary services team with strategic and daily marketing activity. This role involves creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote core services such as title, escrow, mortgage and home warranty, strengthen client relationships, and increase brand visibility within The Agency and the real estate industry at large.
What You’ll Do:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing teams from the real estate brokerage as well as the core services partners to create effective strategies for ancillary services.
- Project Manage and Oversee Content Creation: Develop engaging content for digital and print marketing materials to promote brand awareness and communicate the value of The Agency’s ancillary services in collaboration with our in-house content team. Writing briefs, creating timelines, and delivering timely, specific feedback.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate marketing events, seminars, webinars, and client appreciation events to foster relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders by providing ongoing marketing support and updates.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Work with The Agency marketing leadership team to launch and maintain the Core Services digital presence
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and convey a consistent message across all platforms.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing campaigns, providing insights to improve future initiatives.
- Sales Support: Assist the business development team by preparing presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral to help secure new business.
- Continued Analysis: Refine marketing strategies for existing products and continue to enhance the assets and performance.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate, title insurance or mortgage industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of RESPA a plus. Capacity to learn RESPA a must.
- Knowledge of the following would be a plus: mortgage, escrow, title insurance, real estate processes, and industry terminology.
- Comfortable working in the Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting

Compensation:
Annual Salary - $75,000-$85,000 USD. Compensation will be determined based on the skills and qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
