We're currently looking for a Director of Client Success & Enablement to be part of our growing company. While we are headquartered in NYC, this position can be fully remote. You'll be working with a small team of people with deep financial services, technology, and start-up experience, who are at the forefront of wealth tech innovation and committed to politely disrupting a $6.6+ trillion industry to more meaningfully connect people to their money.
Job Description
The Seeds Client Experience Team is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience to our financial advisor clients throughout their entire relationship with Seeds and for representing the voice of the customer throughout the organization. As a Director of Client Success & Enablement, you will design and deliver effective client success and enablement programs and spearhead efforts to enhance client experiences through our product roadmap. This role is designed for a seasoned leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and deliver client success programs, ensuring a positive and efficient experience that delivers desired outcomes.
- Establish best-in-class client training and enablement programs, adapting to diverse client needs and fostering platform proficiency.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a champion for clients within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.
- Establish systems to gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback to improve the product and customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption, collaborating with clients to understand and address their unique expectations and needs and with internal stakeholders to continue to iterate upon the Seeds product and service offering .
- Forge strong partnerships with the product and technology teams, ensuring a seamless connection between client needs and product development. Work closely with engineers to set requirements and develop a roadmap based on client feedback and insights.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize success and enablement programs, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including, to ensure alignment and cohesion.
- As the company grows, lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in client success, training, or enablement.
- 3+ years in leadership roles within customer-facing teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Strong people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS platforms, financial technology, financial services, and product development processes.
- Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and client satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for incentive compensation as well as client acquisition bonus programs.
