We are searching for an innovative and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our founding team. This visionary leader will drive brand identity, marketing strategy, and user acquisition while ensuring we resonate deeply with Gen Z and future generations.

As CMO, you will craft a cohesive marketing vision that connects creativity with analytics, spearheading campaigns that amplify our brand and drive growth. You will collaborate with product, design, and executive leadership to position the company as a leading force in next-generation social media.

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking marketing strategy that balances immediate growth with long-term scalability.
  • Shape the company’s brand identity and establish a consistent, compelling presence across all platforms.
  • Partner with product, design, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with the overall business vision.

Creative Campaigns & Brand Building:

  • Lead the creation of campaigns that resonate emotionally with Gen Z and emerging demographics, leveraging storytelling and cultural insights.
  • Drive brand positioning to differentiate us in a competitive market and create a strong emotional connection with users.
  • Stay ahead of cultural and digital trends, ensuring the brand remains relevant and innovative.

Growth Marketing & Analytics:

  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and performance advertising, to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Leverage analytics and user insights to refine campaigns and optimize ROI.
  • Experiment with growth hacking techniques and explore innovative channels to engage new audiences.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and data-driven execution.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ensuring team members are empowered to test bold ideas.
  • Act as a key member of the executive team, representing marketing in strategic discussions and investor communications.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 7–12 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record in scaling brands, creating impactful campaigns, and driving user acquisition in high-growth environments.

Must-Have:

  • Strong expertise in brand building, performance marketing, and growth optimization.
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z and younger audiences, including their cultural and digital behaviors.
  • Exceptional storytelling and creative campaign development skills.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools to measure impact and guide decision-making.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Background in design, fine arts, or UI/UX with an eye for aesthetics.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools or platforms.
  • Familiarity with emerging social media platforms and community-driven marketing techniques.
