About the role:

As Head of Partnerships, you will define and lead the strategic vision for our global payment infrastructure. You’ll drive key financial partnerships, optimize operations, and manage a high-performing team to deliver efficient, compliant, and innovative payment solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a long-term strategy for the global payment network, focusing on partnerships with key players (OTC desks, ON/OFF ramps, PSPs, Banks) in emerging markets.
• Payment Network Expansion: Lead the expansion of payment rails and methods across international markets, ensuring seamless transaction processing and on-time payments.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of payment professionals, fostering innovation and excellence in execution. Drive the development and professional growth of team members to maximize their potential.
• Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with local financial institutions in emerging countries to expand payment network capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize payment workflows to improve customer experience, reduce costs, and increase the reliability of the payment infrastructure.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Enhance the user experience related to cryptocurrency and fiat payments, driving initiatives to improve transaction speed, security, and ease of use.
• Technology & Innovation: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify emerging technologies in the payments and crypto space, integrating them into our payment infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payment processing or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering reliable and scalable payment solutions.
• Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on inspiring and developing talent.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency protocols, and complex payment systems.
• Experience collaborating on cloud-based infrastructure projects and integrating payment gateways.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to optimizing payment workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage across all organizational levels.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

We'd Love If You Have:

• Proven experience working within emerging markets, with an understanding of local financial ecosystems and payment landscapes.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, stablecoin economics and cryptocurrency market and industry trends.
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications.

Interview Process

From the first to the final stage, we do our best to keep the entire process under three weeks. Our interviews take place via Meet and typically consist of the following stages:

• Internal Recruiter Call: 45 - 60 minutes
• Technical Workshop: 60 minutes
• Final Interview: 60 minutes
