About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join Culture Amp’s Brand Marketing team and grow our social presence. In this role, you’ll develop and implement a social-first strategy that engages our community while uncovering insights to guide and shape our brand.
Working closely with Brand Marketing, Creative and Corporate Communications, you’ll produce compelling, timely content that resonates with our audience, amplifies our thought leadership, and fosters meaningful two-way conversations across platforms.
You’re deeply engaged with internet culture, always one step ahead of social trends. You thrive on creativity, move with agility, and love telling stories that ‘stop the scroll’.

What are the requirements for the role?
- 5-7+ years of experience in social media strategy and community management, ideally with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Proven track record of building and scaling social media communities that deliver measurable business impact; experience in SaaS is a plus.
- Strong data competence, knowledge of social listening tools, and expertise in translating insights and data into strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a keen understanding of brand voice and storytelling.
- Experience collaborating with content, marketing, and PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on content creation.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- A natural interest in internet culture, trend tracking, and community engagement.

What will they do/deliver in the role?
- Develop and execute a proactive social media strategy to elevate Culture Amp’s brand, with a focus on LinkedIn as a core channel.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content independently and in collaboration with our creative team.
- Drive thought leadership by aligning with the Director of Corporate Communications to amplify key messages and stories.
- Build and nurture a community through meaningful interactions, fostering two-way conversations and increasing engagement.
- Conduct social listening to capture relevant trends and insights, sharing valuable reports that help shape our brand’s strategic direction.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission
The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US)$120,000—$130,000 USD
