*The Director of Social Media Role: *

As our Director of Social Media, you'll focus on managing and growing our presence across all social media: (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram and LinkedIn) and developing a comprehensive content strategy. This role is perfect for those eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic startup environment. You'll get to work directly with both co-founders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust content strategy tailored to our social media platforms, enhancing our brand presence and engagement.
• Create and curate compelling content, tailoring messaging to each platform's unique audience and trends.
• Engage with our community on these platforms, fostering relationships and increasing brand awareness.
• Analyze social media metrics to refine strategy and increase effectiveness.
• Set up collabs with crypto influencers to promote the Reflex Token and reach out to potential Partnerships that can help build the Reflex brand Worldwide.
• Source, build and lead crypto mining communities that leverage our current affiliate partnerships.

Requirements:

• A keen interest in social media and experience working within the crypto industry.
• Creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about blockchain technology, startups, and the crypto market.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

*Compensation: *

This position operates on a success-fee or 'Commissions' basis to start with plans of converting it to Full-Time in Q1 of 2025 (Can be paid either a salary, equity or via $RFX Tokens). You're also able to receive a percentage of the funds you help raise.
